Bokaro: Abhishekh took home the gold medal at the ICN India International Show on Monday as a result of two years of focused hard work and passion for body building. A 19-year-old from Bokaro, Abhishekh won gold in the men’s physique category. In the field of bodybuilding, this award is very prestigious.
Abhishekh is a first-year B.Tech (Computer Science) student at Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society’s Technical Campus. He is a resident of Sector-9. Abhishekh, a former student of Sardar Patel Public School, is the first person in town to receive the ICN award.
To achieve his dream, he became a gym trainer in Fitness Club, where he used to do strength training for two hours each evening. The first thing he does in the morning is run for two hours.
With all that effort, Abhishekh made the heads turn on the stage with his well-developed and muscular upper body that has an emphasis on broad, round shoulders, a small waist and an excellent V-Taper. Men’s Physique category is for the contestants who are well groomed, polished in presentation, and requires an almost equal amount of condition as Bodybuilding without the leg development.
It also includes the front position, posing, transitions, self-confidence, and overall presentation. Abhishek participating in the Men’s Physique category displayed an effortless and polished overall look with posing and a smile.
“Dedication and hard work helped me grow up this way,” Abhishekh told media persons. I have a great passion to take natural bodybuilding to a next level. I want to prove that anyone can achieve an amazing physique naturally”.
Abhishekh comes from a middle-class family. His father is an admission consultant.
