Competition for Hindi-English Recitation won by DPS Bokaro students


Bokaro: Bringing glory to school on district level competition, the students of DPS Bokaro Steel City bagged top positions in Hindi and English recitation competition organized by Ram Krishna Mission on 12 December 2021 in its Campus at Bokaro. The winners of the competition have qualified for the State Level competition to be held in the next month.

A number of  schools across the city participated with their presentation on  ‘Swadesh Mantra’ – the philosophy of Vivekananda. In the Senior category, Naisha Singh Nagi (VII B) secured the first position in Hindi recitation competition whereas Manshi Pandey (VIII D) bagged the third position in the same. In English recitation, Ananya Priya (VIII C) bagged  the second position.

In the Junior category, Angel (VA) secured the second position in English recitation competition whereas Mriganka Stuti Kispotta bagged the third position in the same. The winners were felicitated by the Chief Guest A. K. Johri, Group General Manager, ONGC.

Expressing his happiness, A. S. Gangwar, Principal, DPS Bokaro said, “Such competitions provide the students the  platform to unleash their creative flair and oratory skills.” He wished the students the best for the upcoming State Level competition.
