Congress workers protest in Bokaro as ED summons Rahul Gandhi

Bokaro: Several members of the Congress party staged demonstration in front of Bokaro Collectorate Building on Monday to protest Rahul Gandhi’s summons by the ED in the National Herald case. Party leaders said that the Bhartiya Janta Party wants to end democracy in a planned manner.

During this, former MP Dhanbad, Dadai Dubey said “the BJP government at the Center is misusing the ED and CBI. In the case which ended in 2012, the ED is now calling Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for questioning”.

Another Congress leader, Manoj Kumar said “currently, there is no FIR registered against Rahul Gandhi. The ED is harassing him. Such a situation is not right for the country and its citizens. It cannot be tolerated at any cost”.

Today Congress observed protest day across the country. Congress district president, Manjoor Ansari said that BJP will have to bear the brunt of this.
