Bokaro: Strengthening the bond of humanity and spreading the message of love and care, the ‘Joy of Giving’ month concluded with a special function in the premises of DPS Bokaro Steel City today. The motto of “Sharing is Caring” was displayed by the students as they extended a helping hand towards the students of Deepansh Shiksha Kendra, a school run for the children of the marginalized sections of the society under the aegis of DPS Bokaro.
In its humble attempt towards community welfare, the school distributed gifts to the tiny tots from Deepansh . This inculcated the understanding that learning is not complete without social commitment.
Addressing the gathering, A. S. Gangwar, Principal, DPS Bokaro said,” Wishful giving is an eternal source of joy that can be a part of our day to day life. We strongly believe in cultivating a sense of social responsibility in students and empowering them as citizens who are a part of nation building.”
