‘Online Art & Hobby Week’ was a big hit with Pentecostal school students

Bokaro: The Pentecostal Assembly School organised an “Online Art & Hobby Week” from 21th September to 24th September 2021. A week had been carved out for students to relax after their stressful Half Yearly Examinations.

This idea was conceptualised by principal, Dr Karuna Prasad so that students could express their creativity and imaginations. A variety of activities were conducted during this week, such as Culinary Art & Musical Presentation, Mehendi Designing & Tattoo Making, Pot Designing, Dance Mania, which allowed everyone to explore their talents being at home.

The event began with a presentation of delicious starters prepared by our young chefs, which was followed by the Mehendi, Tattoo and Pot Making competitions. Mehndi, tattoo designing, and pot painting students all displayed their creativity in their entries. Among all these activities and competitions, students also prepared the cover page for the school magazine, Hallmark, on the theme ‘We shall overcome.’ Students also displayed their talent in playing musical instruments, which was a mesmerizing moment for all.

It was so exciting and enthralling to see students strutting their stuff on JERUSALEMA’s music. Principal, Karuna Prasad appreciated the efforts that students had put into the competitions and encouraged them to do better in future.
