He asked him to address the issues relating to public amenities in Bokaro Township. Narayan complained of slow pace in its progress. However, most of the issues that were discussed by MLA with the ED have already been planned to be taken up by BSL as declared by Director Incharge, Amarendu Prakash in his Independence Day speech. MP, Dhanbad, P N Singh had also raised the same issues earlier in a meeting with Prakash.

In particular, the MLA called for the reconstruction of roads from Sector 12 Moad to JAP-4, from Nayamoad to Duggal Gate. Tenders for these roads have been issued, but work has not yet begun. Furthermore, he provided a list of square intersections in the township where high mast lights should be installed. It was a positive discussion, according to MLA. Additionally, Narayan advocated for the formation of a separate cell to address development issues in displaced areas.
