Sree Ayyappa Public School celebrated Kala Utsav ‘TARANGINI’ with melody and rhythm


Bokaro: Tarangini a two-day Inter House Solo Dance and Group Song competition was organised at Sree Ayyappa Public School on Tuesday.  The chief guest of the function was chairman of the institution Satish Nair.

The two-day event began with the welcoming of the guests and judges. The stage was beautifully decorated with attractive posters, flowers, artifacts, and lights. The first group song titled ‘Ham Veer Seepahi Hain’ won the heart of the audience and received a huge round of applause.

The three judges named Savitri, Shefali Dubey and Kaveri Rathore made their valuable presence. The six houses-Ganga. Pampa, Saraswati, Yamuna Kaveri, and Periyar competed with each other. Harmony, Melody, and Rhythm mesmerized the audience.

 The results were announced by Sajeev S. Director of the school, S S Mahapatra said “competitions like this are organized to help students come out with their talents. We believe in motivating students and helping them to reach their goals in life”.

 Chairman Satish Nair congratulated the brilliance of students and wished that like ‘TARANGINI’ the talents, skills and success of students keep growing smoothly. Principal, P. Shailaja Jayakumar along with Vice Principal, Rajalakshmi and Incharges along with teachers and students were present on the occasion.

3rd      –        Yamuna House and Periyar House

 Group Song Competition

1st      –        Yamuna House

2nd     –        Saraswati House

3rd      –        Ganga House and Periyar House
